Retourns
Especially as a newbie, the world of hair replacement can be very overwhelming. You will only find out what suits you and what you feel comfortable with through trial and error. Therefore, it is important that you can return ordered hairpieces and wigs without financial loss.
You have up to 14 days after receiving the goods to familiarize yourself with it and see if the hairpiece or wig suits you. If you have any questions or problems during this time, please contact us by mail and we will find a solution.
Especially if it is your first hair replacement, most likely not everything will go smoothly right away. Give yourself the time you need to get comfortable with it and practice using it. Check out the videos on our YouTube-Kanal, there you will find many tips and tricks for hair replacement newbies.
If you are unsure which color suits you or which cap size or hair length is right for you, please email us first at kontakt@zum-haare-raufen.de. Many returns can be avoided if the necessary parameters are clarified beforehand.
If you have already had one or more returns, please contact us before ordering again. We will be happy to help you choose the right hairpiece for you.
How the return works
If you are not satisfied with the hairpiece or wig despite practicing our advice, please inform us about it exclusively by mail to retoure@zum-haare-raufen.de (not via Instagram or Facebook).
The product must be treated with absolute care and caution during the entire time. A return can only be made if the hairpiece or wig is in its original condition. This means it/they must not have been washed, processed with heat tools, dyed, cut or worn excessively (e.g. at parties, restaurants etc.). Please also make sure your hair is washed and free of fragrance (such as smoke or perfume) when you try it/it on.
Before you send it back to us, close all clips, comb it carefully, and place it in the hair net, bag, and box. If the product is not returned in the agreed condition, we reserve the right to withhold 50 euros from the purchase price. The package must be sent insured, please let us know the tracking number by mail afterward. The customer bears the costs of the return. If the package is not sent insured and is lost, the purchase price will not be refunded.
